SPK’n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na g\u00f6re, 6362 say\u0131l\u0131 Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda tasfiye edilen yat\u0131r\u0131m fonlar\u0131n\u0131n her biri i\u00e7in Birle\u015fik Fon Bankas\u0131 nezdinde, Tasarruf Mevduat\u0131 Sigorta Fonu (TMSF) ad\u0131na\u00a0\u201c\u0130ste\u011fe Ba\u011fl\u0131 \u0130ade Hesaplar\u0131\u201d olu\u015fturuldu.<\/p>\n
Bu hesaplara iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yat\u0131r\u0131lan tutarlar yaln\u0131zca ilgili fonun tasfiye malvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dahil edilecek. S\u00f6z konusu tutarlar ba\u015fka bir fon veya hesaba aktar\u0131lamayacak ve tasfiye kapsam\u0131nda fonun kat\u0131lma pay\u0131 sahiplerine yap\u0131lacak \u00f6demelerde kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere T.C. Ziraat Bankas\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Bankas\u0131’na aktar\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
SPK ayr\u0131ca, borsada i\u015flem g\u00f6ren ortakl\u0131klar\u0131n paylar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131m sat\u0131m\u0131 ve benzeri i\u015flemlerden elde edilen fahi\u015f kazan\u00e7lar\u0131 iade etmek isteyenler i\u00e7in de Birle\u015fik Fon Bankas\u0131 nezdinde TMSF ad\u0131na \u201cGenel Hisse \u0130ade Hesab\u0131\u201d a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n
