Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 30 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde imzalanan MOU kapsam\u0131nda, Biotrend taraf\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye’de geli\u015ftirilmesi, kurulmas\u0131 ve i\u015fletilmesi planlanan biyometan \u00fcretim tesislerinde \u00fcretilecek biyometan\u0131n UGC taraf\u0131ndan potansiyel olarak sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilecek.<\/p>\n
Anla\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda Biotrend’in tesislerin geli\u015ftiricisi, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131, sahibi ve i\u015fletmecisi olarak hammadde tedariki ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik, denetim, sertifikasyon ve kay\u0131t s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi; UGC’nin ise gerekli kriterleri kar\u015f\u0131layan biyometan i\u00e7in potansiyel al\u0131c\u0131 rol\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011ferlendirmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
MOU’nun ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 bir ticari taahh\u00fct olu\u015fturmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, biyometan sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na ili\u015fkin miktar, fiyatlama ve di\u011fer ticari ko\u015fullar\u0131n hen\u00fcz belirlenmedi\u011fi bildirildi. Nihai ve ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin imzalan\u0131p imzalanmayaca\u011f\u0131 ve olas\u0131 zamanlamas\u0131 ile \u015firketin faaliyetleri ve finansal durumu \u00fczerindeki etkilerin ise bu a\u015famada belirsiz oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n
