Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firketin 10 milyar TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bulunan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 3 milyar 695 milyon 860 bin 271,57 TL’den 7 milyar 391 milyon 720 bin 543,14 TL’ye y\u00fckseltilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 nakit kar\u015f\u0131lanacak. Bu kapsamda 3 milyar 695 milyon 860 bin 271,57 TL nominal de\u011ferli pay ihra\u00e7 edilerek halka arz edilecek.<\/p>\n

\u015eirket, s\u00f6z konusu paylar\u0131n ihra\u00e7 ve halka arz\u0131na ili\u015fkin haz\u0131rlanan izahnamenin onaylanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 30 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde SPK’ya ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n
