Taraflara m\u00fczakere, itidal ve ate\u015fkes \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulunulurken, b\u00f6lgedeki istikrar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik uluslararas\u0131 toplumun somut ad\u0131mlar atmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
