Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, geri al\u0131m kapsam\u0131nda azami 20 milyon adet B Grubu pay al\u0131nabilecek. Bu miktar \u015firketin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 1,78’ine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor.<\/p>\n

Pay geri al\u0131mlar\u0131nda 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli pay i\u00e7in \u00f6denebilecek azami fiyat 12,50 TL olarak belirlenirken, program kapsam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak azami fon tutar\u0131 250 milyon TL olacak. Fonun \u015firket \u00f6zkaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcresi 1 y\u0131l olarak belirlenirken, azami pay say\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde program\u0131n daha erken sonland\u0131r\u0131labilece\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Program\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, arac\u0131 kurum se\u00e7imi ve ilgili i\u015flemlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi konusunda \u015firket y\u00f6netimi yetkilendirildi.<\/p>\n
