\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalarla mevcut teknolojilerin geli\u015ftirilmesi, kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131nda verimlili\u011fin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00e7evresel etkilerin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Geli\u015ftirilecek \u00fcr\u00fcn ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin ilgili teknik gereklilikler ve standartlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde do\u011frulanmas\u0131 da planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
