Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediyesi Kentsel Arama Kurtarma Tak\u0131m\u0131 (BAK-KADIK\u00d6Y) koordinasyonunda d\u00fczenlenen \u201cB\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik Afet Kriterleri Kad\u0131k\u00f6y 2030 Sempozyumu\u201d, 30 Eyl\u00fcl-1 Ekim tarihlerinde Alan Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Sempozyumda afet risklerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, kurumlar aras\u0131 koordinasyon ve Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019\u00fcn afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ele al\u0131n\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Sempozyumun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konu\u015fan Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut K\u00f6seda\u011f\u0131, afet y\u00f6netiminde \u00f6nleyici \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekerek, \u201c6 \u015eubat depremleri ve ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar bize \u00e7ok net bir \u015fey \u00f6\u011fretti ki afet y\u00f6netimi, hen\u00fcz felaket kap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7almadan \u00f6nce at\u0131lacak ad\u0131mlar\u0131n y\u00f6netimidir.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

K\u00f6seda\u011f\u0131, il\u00e7edeki yap\u0131 g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin de \u201c\u0130l\u00e7emizde yap\u0131lan her in\u015faatta zemin et\u00fctleri teknik personelimizce yerinde incelenmekte, temel, zemin kat ve giri\u015f kat dahil d\u00f6k\u00fclen t\u00fcm betonlar yap\u0131 denetim firmalar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flemlerine ek olarak Beton Zemin Laboratuvar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan da denetlenmekte ve testlere tabi tutulmaktad\u0131r.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Afet G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcleri ve mahalle muhtarlar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten K\u00f6seda\u011f\u0131, yak\u0131n zamanda Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Afet Master Plan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n duyurusunun yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Sempozyumda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6rt y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7in yol haritas\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131 ve 7-8 Ekim\u2019de yap\u0131lacak de\u011ferlendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131nda stratejik planlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

\u0130stanbul \u0130l \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ejder Batur, sempozyumun farkl\u0131 afet t\u00fcrlerine y\u00f6nelik haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cBu organizasyondan \u00e7\u0131kacak de\u011ferli fikirlerin Kad\u0131k\u00f6y ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u0130stanbul\u2019un t\u00fcm il\u00e7elerine ve t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum ve temenni ediyorum.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Kaymakam\u0131 Muhittin Pamuk ise afet meydana gelmeden \u00f6nce risklerin g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayarak, \u201cAfet riski y\u00f6neti\u015fimi ve kurumsal koordinasyon, di\u011fer b\u00fct\u00fcn afet \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
