New York Times gazetesi, Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc Pentagon'a dava a\u00e7arak, Savunma Bakan\u0131 Pete Hegseth taraf\u0131ndan getirilen ve \u00e7o\u011fu ana ak\u0131m medya kurulu\u015funun binadan kovulmas\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanan yeni kurallar\u0131 iptal etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Times, bu kurallar\u0131n Anayasa'n\u0131n ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve adil yarg\u0131lanma h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini ihlal etti\u011fini, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Hegseth'e bir muhabirin yasaklan\u0131p yasaklanmayaca\u011f\u0131na kendi ba\u015f\u0131na karar verme yetkisi verdi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
