Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, pay piyasas\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 fiyat ve miktar hareketlerinin olu\u015fmas\u0131, fiyat istikrar\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesi ve pay sahiplerinin menfaatlerinin korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla \u015firket paylar\u0131n\u0131n geri al\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanacak.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n azami s\u00fcresi 2 y\u0131l, geri al\u0131ma konu edilebilecek azami pay say\u0131s\u0131 ise 25 milyon adet olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n

\u0130lke karar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131nan paylar\u0131n, geri al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 30 g\u00fcn boyunca sat\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 ve s\u00f6z konusu s\u00fcrenin hesaplanmas\u0131nda “ilk giren ilk \u00e7\u0131kar” y\u00f6nteminin uygulanaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
