A\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015firketin y\u00f6netim kurulu, \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netimi ve idari kadrolar\u0131nda tasfiye edilen fonlarda g\u00f6rev yapan herhangi bir \u00fcye veya y\u00f6neticinin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n

\u015eirketin, tasfiye edilen fonlarla ili\u015fkili banka, arac\u0131 kurum veya finansal kurulu\u015flar nezdinde finansal riski, kredisi, nakdi veya gayrinakdi y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ya da fon varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda s\u00f6z konusu geli\u015fmelerin \u015firketin faaliyetleri, finansal yap\u0131s\u0131 veya operasyonlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde olumsuz bir etkisinin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.
