Y\u00f6netim kurulu, Borsa \u0130stanbul’da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek pay geri al\u0131m i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in ilk genel kurula kadar ve her hal\u00fckarda en fazla 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle yetkilendirildi.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m i\u00e7in \u015firket \u00f6zkaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere azami 750 milyon TL fon ayr\u0131l\u0131rken, geri al\u0131nabilecek paylar\u0131n azami miktar\u0131 25 milyon adet olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n
