Mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan konkordato s\u00fcrecinin ve \u015firketin mali durumunun g\u00f6zetimi amac\u0131yla \u00fc\u00e7 ki\u015filik ge\u00e7ici konkordato komiser heyeti g\u00f6revlendirildi.<\/p>\n
Karar kapsam\u0131nda \u015firketin \u00fcretim ve ticari faaliyetlerinin kesintisiz s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilmesi amac\u0131yla ihtiyati tedbirler uygulanmas\u0131na karar verildi.
