Anayasa Mahkemesinin , bo\u015fanma sonras\u0131nda yoksullu\u011fa d\u00fc\u015fen e\u015f lehine h\u00fckmedilen yoksulluk nafakas\u0131na ili\u015fkin iptal karar\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019nin 30 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131mland\u0131.<\/p>\n

AYM, T\u00fcrk Medeni Kanunu\u2019nun 175\u2019inci maddesinde yer alan \u201cs\u00fcresiz olarak\u201d ibaresini iptal etti. Mahkeme, iptal h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fcn do\u011furaca\u011f\u0131 hukuki bo\u015flu\u011fun giderilmesi amac\u0131yla karar\u0131n Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131ndan itibaren 9 ay sonra y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesine karar verdi.<\/p>\n

Kararla birlikte mevcut yoksulluk nafakas\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla sona ermeyecek. \u0130ptal h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girece\u011fi tarihe kadar konuya ili\u015fkin yeni bir yasal d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n
