Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Bas\u0131n ve Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler M\u00fc\u015favirli\u011finden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 26 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli C\u0130MER ba\u015fvurusu \u00fczerine \u0130stanbul Ticaret \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc denetim ekiplerince 28 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de i\u015fletmede yerinde denetim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n
Denetimde, bir \u00fcr\u00fcnde t\u00fcketicide ger\u00e7ekte uygulanandan daha y\u00fcksek indirim yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 izlenimi olu\u015fturabilecek, kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve anlam kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yol a\u00e7an etiket ve g\u00f6rsel kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu tespit edildi.<\/p>\n
Reklam g\u00f6rsellerinde yer alan \u201cKa\u00e7\u0131rmay\u0131n! S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 S\u00fcre!\u201d ifadesinin de ilgili mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k te\u015fkil etti\u011fi belirlendi.<\/p>\n
Ayr\u0131ca iki \u00fcr\u00fcnde fiyat etiketi bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu durumun idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren bir ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k oldu\u011fu tespit edildi.<\/p>\n
Bakanl\u0131k, Ticari Reklam ve Haks\u0131z Ticari Uygulamalar Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nin 14\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin birinci ve ikinci f\u0131kralar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k te\u015fkil etti\u011fi belirtilen hususlara ili\u015fkin haz\u0131rlanan tutana\u011f\u0131n Reklam Kuruluna iletildi\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, t\u00fcketicilerin ekonomik menfaatlerinin korunmas\u0131 ile indirimli sat\u0131\u015f ve fiyat etiketlerine ili\u015fkin mevzuata uyulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla denetimlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtildi.<\/p>\n
