Sempozyumda, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019\u00fcn afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7lili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve afet risklerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yol haritas\u0131 ele al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye Afet Risk Azaltma Plan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (TARAP 2022-2030) vizyonu do\u011frultusunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek sempozyum, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediyesi Kentsel Arama Kurtarma Tak\u0131m\u0131 (BAK-KADIK\u00d6Y) koordinasyonunda d\u00fczenlenecek. Etkinlikte kamu kurumlar\u0131, yerel y\u00f6netimler, \u00fcniversiteler, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ve afet alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan uzmanlar bir araya gelecek.<\/p>\n
\u0130ki g\u00fcn boyunca 09.30-17.15 saatleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek sempozyumda afet y\u00f6netimine ili\u015fkin farkl\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131klar de\u011ferlendirilecek.<\/p>\n
30 Eyl\u00fcl \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u015flayacak sempozyumun ilk oturumunda Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut K\u00f6seda\u011f\u0131 ev sahibi olarak yer alacak. Oturumda \u0130stanbul Vali Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve Arnavutk\u00f6y Kaymakam\u0131 Mahmut Hersanl\u0131o\u011flu, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Kaymakam\u0131 Muhittin Pamuk, \u0130stanbul \u0130l \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ejder Batur, \u0130BB Afet \u0130\u015fleri ve Risk Y\u00f6netimi Dairesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Erg\u00fcn Cebeci ile Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut K\u00f6seda\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fma yapacak.<\/p>\n
Sempozyumda AFAD, \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediyesi, \u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitesi, Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi ve Ege \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Afet Platformu, farkl\u0131 sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rden uzmanlar da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini payla\u015facak.<\/p>\n

Sempozyumun ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnde kamuda afet riski y\u00f6neti\u015fimi ve kurumsal koordinasyon, kentsel risk analizi, kritik altyap\u0131 ve haberle\u015fme sistemlerinin diren\u00e7lili\u011fi ile kapsay\u0131c\u0131 afet y\u00f6netimi ve savunmas\u0131z gruplar\u0131n diren\u00e7lili\u011fi konular\u0131 ele al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n
\u0130kinci g\u00fcn ise yap\u0131 stoku y\u00f6netimi, toplum temelli risk azaltma, e\u011fitim ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131k, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum ve kentsel diren\u00e7lilik ile psikososyal dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ve psikolojik ilkyard\u0131m ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilecek.<\/p>\n
Sempozyumda ayr\u0131ca afetlerin yaln\u0131zca m\u00fcdahale a\u015famas\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilerek risklerin \u00f6nceden belirlenmesi ve azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, mahalle \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum ve toplumun afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k kapasitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 konular\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n
\u00c7ocuklar, ya\u015fl\u0131lar, engelliler ve di\u011fer k\u0131r\u0131lgan gruplar\u0131n afet s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar ile afet sonras\u0131 psikososyal destek ve psikolojik dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k da sempozyumun g\u00fcndeminde yer alacak.<\/p>\n
