Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Tuna \u00c7ocuk Gere\u00e7leri’nin \u00fcretime ili\u015fkin operasyonlar\u0131, karl\u0131l\u0131k ve verimlilik kriterleri kapsam\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce durdurulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

\u015eirketin Tuna \u00c7ocuk Gere\u00e7leri’ndeki t\u00fcm paylar\u0131, 24 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde 55 milyon 421 bin 400 TL bedelle alt\u0131 ger\u00e7ek ki\u015fiye devredildi.<\/p>\n

Sat\u0131\u015f bedelinin belirlenmesinde Tuna \u00c7ocuk Gere\u00e7leri’nin g\u00fcncel finansal durumu, \u00fcretim faaliyetlerinin durdurulmu\u015f olmas\u0131, varl\u0131k ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri, \u00f6zkaynak yap\u0131s\u0131 ve piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, i\u015flemin ili\u015fkili taraf i\u015flemi niteli\u011finde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6nemli nitelikte i\u015flem say\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Bu nedenle i\u015flem kapsam\u0131nda ayr\u0131lma hakk\u0131 do\u011fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
