PC \u0130leti\u015fim ve Medya Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret A.\u015e, pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Borsa \u0130stanbul\u2019da 28 bin 573 lot pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n

\u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, geri al\u0131m i\u015flemi pay ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama 30,334 TL fiyattan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

14 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde ba\u015flat\u0131lan geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u015firket, toplam 2 milyon 850 bin TL nominal de\u011fere kadar PCILT pay\u0131 geri almay\u0131 ve bu i\u015flemler i\u00e7in 100 milyon TL fon kullanmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Program\u0131n uygulama s\u00fcresi 14 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 ile 13 Eyl\u00fcl 2027 olarak belirlenirken, geri al\u0131ma konu azami pay miktar\u0131n\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 2,40811 olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n
