Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Borsa \u0130stanbul’da i\u015flem g\u00f6ren \u015firket paylar\u0131n\u0131n fiyat\u0131n\u0131n, \u015firketin yat\u0131r\u0131m ve faaliyetlerinin ger\u00e7ek performans\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tmamas\u0131 nedeniyle pay sahiplerini korumak ve pay fiyat\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek de\u011ferine uygun olu\u015fumunu desteklemek amac\u0131yla geri al\u0131m program\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131ma konu edilebilecek azami pay say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 10 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli 10 milyon adet C Grubu pay olarak belirlendi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015firket kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere azami 350 milyon TL fon ayr\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ve program\u0131n azami 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle uygulanaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m i\u015flemleri kapsam\u0131nda al\u0131m sat\u0131m emirlerinin verilmesi ve gerekli i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in Finans ve Mali \u0130\u015fler Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Yavuz G\u00fcler’in yetkilendirildi\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

Pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131na ili\u015fkin karar ve program kapsam\u0131ndaki al\u0131mlar\u0131n ilk genel kurulda pay sahiplerinin bilgisine sunulaca\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
