Zeytinlik Mahallesi\u2019nde 2. etap yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 bin 681 metrekare, 3. etap ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 bin 616 metrekare alanda uygulan\u0131yor. \u0130ki etap kapsam\u0131nda toplam 193 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z birimin y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Yap\u0131m ihalelerinin birlikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlanan 2. ve 3. etaplarda toplam 613 konut ve 53 ticari birimin in\u015fa edilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Samsun B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Halit Do\u011fan, Zeytinlik Mahallesi\u2019ndeki y\u0131k\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yerinde inceledi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Do\u011fan, 1, 2 ve 3. etaplarda hak sahipleriyle y\u00fczde 100 anla\u015fma sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, uzla\u015fma oranlar\u0131n\u0131n vatanda\u015flar\u0131n projeye duydu\u011fu g\u00fcveni g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn 1. etab\u0131 olan Anadolu Mahallesi\u2019nde ise in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
