Mahkeme, 2024\/1391 esas ve 2026\/48 karar say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131yla, s\u00f6z konusu yap\u0131 ruhsatlar\u0131n\u0131n iptaline ili\u015fkin i\u015flemin sebep y\u00f6n\u00fcnden hukuka uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucuna vararak i\u015flemin \u015firket lehine iptaline karar verdi.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u0130zmir 3. \u0130dari Dava Dairesinin 2026\/607 esas say\u0131l\u0131 dosyas\u0131nda devam eden istinaf incelemesinde de \u015firket lehine \u201cistinaf ba\u015fvurusunun reddine\u201d karar verildi\u011fi ve karar\u0131n kesinle\u015fti\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
