Bu kapsamda Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-18.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Sermaye Sistemi Tebli\u011fi&#039;nde yer alan esaslar \u00e7e\u00e7evesinde, \u015firketimizin 1.250.000.000 TL olan kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n 5.000.000.000 TL&#039;ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na ve kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresinin 2026-2030 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 (5 y\u0131l) kapsayacak \u015fekilde uzat\u0131lmas\u0131na, esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin &#039;sermaye&#039; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin tadil edilmesine, bu hususlara ili\u015fkin olarak SPK ile Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nezdinde gerekli izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131na ve takiben ilgili de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin ilk genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.
