Projenin ilk a\u015famas\u0131nda enerji, ula\u015f\u0131m ve sanayi alanlar\u0131ndaki i\u015fbirli\u011fine odaklan\u0131l\u0131rken, yeni a\u015famada tar\u0131m ve ge\u00e7im kaynaklar\u0131 gibi alanlar\u0131n da kapsama dahil edilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
