\u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 260 bin adet EKGYO pay\u0131, 19,17 TL ile 19,24 TL fiyat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan geri al\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130\u015flemlerin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ortalama fiyat\u0131 19,23 TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z konusu i\u015flem, 21 Nisan 2025 tarihli Y\u00f6netim Kurulu karar\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

36 ay s\u00fcreli programda geri al\u0131ma konu azami pay miktar\u0131 380 milyon TL nominal de\u011fer, geri al\u0131m i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan toplam fon ise 1 milyar TL olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015flemle birlikte \u015firket taraf\u0131ndan geri al\u0131m s\u00fcreci kapsam\u0131nda al\u0131nan paylar\u0131n toplam adedi 5 milyon 260 bin 291\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131. Geri al\u0131nan paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 0,14 seviyesine y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n
