Limak Do\u011fu Anadolu \u00c7imento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e., 17 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli Y\u00f6netim Kurulu karar\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Borsa \u0130stanbul\u2019da pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n

\u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 25 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde 50 bin adet LMKDC pay\u0131, pay ba\u015f\u0131na 22,58 TL ile 22,82 TL fiyat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan geri al\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130\u015flemlerin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ortalama fiyat\u0131 22,722 TL olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n

\u015eirketin 17 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli Y\u00f6netim Kurulu karar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcresi 3 y\u0131l olarak belirlenirken, geri al\u0131ma konu azami pay miktar\u0131 25 milyon TL, program i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan toplam fon ise 500 milyon TL olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015flemle birlikte program kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131nan LMKDC paylar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131 326 bin adede ula\u015ft\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,063 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n
