Babacan, “Sadece paralar\u0131 al\u0131p g\u00f6t\u00fcrenler de\u011fil, bu paralar\u0131 al\u0131p g\u00f6t\u00fcrenlere yard\u0131m eden, b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara g\u00f6z yuman veya g\u00f6revini ihmal eden kim var kim yoksa en a\u011f\u0131r cezalara tabi tutulmal\u0131.” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Paralar\u0131n geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten Babacan, “Tam yetkili bir uluslararas\u0131 hukuk\u00e7u a\u011f\u0131 ile paralar\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131ranlardan \u00e7at\u0131r \u00e7at\u0131r tahsilat yap\u0131lmal\u0131.” dedi.<\/p>\n
