Birle\u015fmenin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f usulde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetim raporu, birle\u015fme raporu ve uzman kurulu\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131na gerek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Birle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda E\u0130S Eczac\u0131ba\u015f\u0131 \u0130la\u00e7 b\u00fcnyesinde sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015flemin \u00f6nemli nitelikte i\u015flem kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilmemesi nedeniyle pay sahipleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ayr\u0131lma hakk\u0131 do\u011fmayaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n

\u015eirket, birle\u015fme s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin imzalanmas\u0131na ve gerekli belgelerin haz\u0131rlanarak Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019na sunulmas\u0131na karar verdi. Bu kapsamda birle\u015fmeye ili\u015fkin duyuru metninin onaylanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla 24 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde SPK\u2019ya ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
