Al Khulaifi, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda arabuluculuk s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine dahil olan akt\u00f6rlerin \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011finin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemde toplant\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fini belirterek, bu \u00e7e\u015fitlilikten en iyi \u015fekilde yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in koordineli ve b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131m gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Katar’\u0131n arabuluculuk faaliyetlerine de de\u011finen Al Khulaifi, Gazze, Afganistan, L\u00fcbnan ve Demokratik Kongo Cumhuriyeti ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerde taraflar aras\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesi ve bar\u0131\u015f umudunun korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcklerini ifade etti.<\/p>\n
Al Khulaifi, Pakistan ile ortak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda \u0130ran ile ABD aras\u0131ndaki gerilimin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, H\u00fcrm\u00fcz Bo\u011faz\u0131’nda seyr\u00fcsefer serbestisinin korunmas\u0131 ve b\u00f6lgede bar\u0131\u015f ile istikrar\u0131n te\u015fvik edilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Bu deneyimden iki temel ders \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Al Khulaifi, bunlar\u0131n ortakl\u0131klar\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmezli\u011fi ile arabulucular\u0131n rollerini g\u00fcvenli, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve tarafs\u0131z \u015fekilde yerine getirmesi oldu\u011funu ifade etti.
