Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, y\u00f6netim kurulu, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) ilgili tebli\u011f ve ilke kararlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u015firket paylar\u0131n\u0131n borsadan geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 konusunda \u015firket y\u00f6netimini yetkilendirdi.<\/p>\n

Program kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131m i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lacak fonun azami 1 milyar TL, geri al\u0131ma konu edilebilecek azami pay say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ise 5 milyon lot olarak belirlenmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n azami 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131 ve geri al\u0131m s\u00fcresince program\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinde y\u00f6netim kurulunun tam yetkili olmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Program kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek i\u015flemler hakk\u0131nda ilk genel kurulda ortaklara bilgi sunulacak.<\/p>\n
