Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 100 milyon TL\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131 nakden, 100 milyon TL\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131 ise 30 milyon TL sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131 hesab\u0131, 70 milyon TL ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131l karlar\u0131 hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131.<\/p>\n

CVK Maden\u2019in sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na pay\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen tutar \u00fczerinden kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015flem sonras\u0131nda Hayri \u00d6gelman Madencilik\u2019teki pay sahipli\u011fi oran\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
