Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, eski \u00fcnvan\u0131 E Cars High Teknology Ara\u00e7 \u00dcretim Lojistik ve Depolama A.\u015e olan \u015firketin 100 bin TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi, 149 milyon 900 bin TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 150 milyon TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseltildi.<\/p>\n

Agrotech, s\u00f6z konusu sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131ktan olan alacaklar\u0131n\u0131n sermayeye mahsubu yoluyla 134 milyon 910 bin TL tutar\u0131nda i\u015ftirak etti.<\/p>\n

Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Agrotech\u2019in ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131ktaki y\u00fczde 90 oran\u0131ndaki i\u015ftirak pay\u0131nda herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmad\u0131.<\/p>\n
