Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firket 15 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, Bulls G\u0131da Ticaret A.\u015e\u2019nin kurulmas\u0131na ve kurulacak \u015firkete y\u00fczde 50 oran\u0131nda i\u015ftirak edilmesine karar verildi\u011fini duyurmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6netim kurulunun de\u011ferlendirmeleri sonucunda, tek bir franchise \u015fubesi a\u00e7mak amac\u0131yla kurulmas\u0131 planlanan Bulls G\u0131da Ticaret A.\u015e\u2019nin kurulu\u015f i\u015flemlerine devam edilmemesine ve \u015firketin kurulu\u015fundan vazge\u00e7ilmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda, kurulu\u015f ba\u015fvurusunun geri \u00e7ekilmesine ili\u015fkin gerekli i\u015flemlerin Bulls Giri\u015fim Sermayesi taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
