Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) 19 Mart 2025 tarihli i-SPK.22.9 say\u0131l\u0131 ilke karar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, ilk genel kurulda ortaklar\u0131n bilgisine sunulmak \u00fczere genel kurul karar\u0131 aranmaks\u0131z\u0131n geri al\u0131m program\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Program kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131nabilecek azami pay say\u0131s\u0131, her biri 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli olmak \u00fczere 100 milyon adet olarak belirlendi. Geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinde kullan\u0131labilecek azami fon tutar\u0131 500 milyon TL olurken, fonun \u015firketin mevcut i\u00e7 kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n azami s\u00fcresi, y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131n\u0131n kamuya a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131ndan itibaren 1 y\u0131l olarak belirlendi. Program kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek i\u015flemler hakk\u0131nda ilk genel kurulda ortaklara bilgi sunulacak.<\/p>\n
