Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-22.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Geri Al\u0131nan Paylar Tebli\u011fi ile i-SPK.22.9 ve i-SPK 22.9.a say\u0131l\u0131 ilke kararlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerine ba\u015flanacak.<\/p>\n

Program\u0131n azami s\u00fcresi 24 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinden itibaren 1 y\u0131l olarak belirlenirken, geri al\u0131ma konu edilebilecek azami pay say\u0131s\u0131 3 milyon adet, geri al\u0131m i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan azami fon tutar\u0131 ise 315 milyon TL olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n ilk genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndemine al\u0131narak pay sahiplerinin bilgisine sunulmas\u0131na karar verildi. Ayr\u0131ca geri al\u0131ma konu paylarla ilgili al\u0131m-sat\u0131m emirlerinin verilmesi konusunda \u015firket Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Engin Nukan yetkilendirildi.<\/p>\n
