Kayseri B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan bu y\u0131l d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc d\u00fczenlenecek Kayseri Gastronomi G\u00fcnleri, 22-25 Ekim 2026 tarihleri aras\u0131nda Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan Millet Bah\u00e7esi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n

Kayseri B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Memduh B\u00fcy\u00fckk\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, etkinlik kapsam\u0131nda kentin co\u011frafi i\u015faretli \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, geleneksel lezzetleri ve gastronomi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 alanda tan\u0131t\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, gastronomi merakl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 organizasyona davet etti.<\/p>\n

Anadolu\u2019nun k\u00f6kl\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131ndan beslenen Kayseri mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nleriyle ele al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 Gastronomi G\u00fcnleri\u2019nde, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nde gelen \u015fefleri ziyaret\u00e7ilerle bir araya gelecek.<\/p>\n

Etkinlik program\u0131nda \u015fef bulu\u015fmalar\u0131, at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, s\u00f6yle\u015filer ve yemek sunumlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7e\u015fitli gastronomi etkinlikleri d\u00fczenlenecek. Ziyaret\u00e7iler, Kayseri\u2019nin geleneksel mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve co\u011frafi i\u015faretli \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131ma f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulacak.<\/p>\n

Kayseri B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Gastronomi G\u00fcnleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kentin gastronomi alan\u0131ndaki potansiyelini daha geni\u015f kitlelere tan\u0131tmay\u0131 ve geleneksel mutfak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn gelecek ku\u015faklara aktar\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

UNESCO T\u00fcrkiye Mill\u00ee Komisyonu Kreatif \u015eehirler A\u011f\u0131 Ulusal Listesi\u2019nde yer alan Kayseri\u2019de, gastronomi alan\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 Merkezi, \u201cM\u00fclhem Kayseri Mutfa\u011f\u0131\u201d, Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 Merkezi Organizasyon ve Kahvalt\u0131 Evi gibi projeler de hayata ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n

Belediye taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla Kayseri\u2019nin y\u00f6resel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin ve geleneksel yemeklerinin korunmas\u0131, tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve gelecek ku\u015faklara aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n

Kayseri Gastronomi G\u00fcnleri, 22-25 Ekim tarihleri aras\u0131nda Kayseri\u2019nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin farkl\u0131 \u015fehirlerinden ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gastronomi merakl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rlayacak.<\/p>\n
