Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, su\u00e7 duyurusunda \u015firket aktiflerinin ili\u015fkili \u015firketlere devri veya kiralanmas\u0131, \u015firket malvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n eksiltilmesi, sermaye piyasas\u0131 i\u015flemleri, pay fiyat\u0131n\u0131 etkileyebilecek i\u015flem ve a\u00e7\u0131klamalar ile kamuya yap\u0131lan bildirimler kapsam\u0131nda 6362 say\u0131l\u0131 Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu ve 5237 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu kapsam\u0131nda su\u00e7 te\u015fkil etti\u011fi de\u011ferlendirilen hususlar\u0131n soru\u015fturulmas\u0131 talep edildi.<\/p>\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada ayr\u0131ca ilgili ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filer hakk\u0131nda gerekli soru\u015fturman\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, sorumlular hakk\u0131nda kamu davas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Borsa \u0130stanbul, Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu, Takasbank, ilgili arac\u0131 kurumlar ile MASAK kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesinin talep edildi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
\u015eirket, adli ve idari s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin takip edildi\u011fini ve geli\u015fmeler olduk\u00e7a kamuoyunun bilgilendirilece\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n
