Manisa B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Cevdet \u0130nci E\u011fitim Vakf\u0131 ve \u0130zmir Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl Rotary Kul\u00fcb\u00fc i\u015f birli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u201cHem \u0130\u015fte Hem E\u011fitimde\u201d program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 18-35 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik Gazalt\u0131 Kaynak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kursu d\u00fczenlenecek.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda yer almam\u0131\u015f kad\u0131nlar\u0131n mesleki e\u011fitim yoluyla istihdama kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hedeflendi\u011fi program kapsam\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce CNC Operat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc e\u011fitimi verildi. Yeni e\u011fitim program\u0131nda ise kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara Gazalt\u0131 Kaynak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131nda teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitim sunulacak.<\/p>\n

12 hafta boyunca hafta sonlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek e\u011fitimler, \u00d6zel Manisa Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi’nde (MOSTEM) yap\u0131lacak. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, teorik e\u011fitimin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kat\u0131larak mesleki becerilerini geli\u015ftirecek.<\/p>\n

Kursu tamamlayan ve s\u0131navda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan kad\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, Mesleki Yeterlilik Kurumu (MYK) belgesi almaya hak kazanacak. E\u011fitim s\u00fcrecinde mesleki derslerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00fcretim, dijital, sosyal ve i\u015f ya\u015fam becerilerine y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitimler de verilecek.<\/p>\n

Program kapsam\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca fabrika gezileri d\u00fczenlenerek kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00fcretim ortam\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131malar\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 kariyer olanaklar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi edinmeleri ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
