Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Al Huleyfi, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmenin jeopolitik b\u00f6l\u00fcnmelerin derinle\u015fti\u011fi ve silahl\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemde d\u00fczenlendi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek, bu ko\u015fullarda taraflar aras\u0131ndaki arabuluculu\u011fun \u00f6neminin giderek artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n
