Borsa \u0130stanbul\u2019un a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na g\u00f6re, 22 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli i\u015flemlerden itibaren ve bir sonraki duyuruya kadar a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemlerinde yukar\u0131 ad\u0131m kural\u0131 (up-tick rule) uygulanacak.<\/p>\n

Buna g\u00f6re a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemleri, a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015fa konu sermaye piyasas\u0131 arac\u0131n\u0131n en son ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen i\u015flem fiyat\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek bir fiyat \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilecek. Son ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen fiyat\u0131n bir \u00f6nceki fiyattan daha y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 halinde ise a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemi son ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen fiyat seviyesinden de yap\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde sahip olunmadan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ve ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lan al\u0131mlarla kapat\u0131lan sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n da a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f kapsam\u0131nda oldu\u011fu hat\u0131rlat\u0131larak, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar ve yat\u0131r\u0131m kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n bu nitelikteki sat\u0131\u015f emirlerini iletirken a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f se\u00e7ene\u011fini i\u015faretlemeleri gerekti\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
