Afet \u0130\u015fleri ve Risk Y\u00f6netimi Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmeler sonucunda, M\u00fchendislik Jeolojisi \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’n\u00fcn g\u00f6rev ve faaliyetlerinin Zemin \u0130nceleme \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesine karar verildi. D\u00fczenlemenin, iki birimin g\u00f6rev alanlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi nedeniyle yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
Zemin \u0130nceleme \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn 10 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda m\u00fchendislik jeolojisi alan\u0131ndaki g\u00f6revleri de fiilen yerine getirdi\u011fi aktar\u0131ld\u0131. Yeni yap\u0131lanmayla benzer nitelikteki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n farkl\u0131 birimler aras\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesi yerine tek bir uzmanl\u0131k \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
D\u00fczenlemeyle teknik bilgi ve deneyimin ayn\u0131 yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bir araya getirilmesi, i\u015f ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde koordinasyonun g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
M\u00fchendislik jeolojisi ve zemin inceleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n birbirini tamamlayan teknik s\u00fcre\u00e7ler oldu\u011fu belirtilirken, yeni sistemle planlama, uygulama ve de\u011ferlendirme a\u015famalar\u0131nda daha b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinin hedeflendi\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

D\u00fczenlemenin herhangi bir hizmet alan\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, mevcut teknik kapasitenin daha b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modeliyle de\u011ferlendirilmesini ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
