Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re \u015firket, ISKPL paylar\u0131nda 4,27 TL fiyat \u00fczerinden toplam 1 milyon lotluk geri al\u0131m yapt\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131nan paylar\u0131n nominal tutar\u0131n\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,06667 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n

\u015eirketin geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda belirledi\u011fi azami pay miktar\u0131 21 milyon TL, geri al\u0131m i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lan toplam fon ise 100 milyon TL olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen son i\u015flemle birlikte \u015firketin sahip oldu\u011fu ISKPL paylar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131 1 milyon 651 bin 657,89 lota y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n

Bu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,1101 oldu.<\/p>\n
