Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, geri al\u0131m program\u0131 Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-22.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Geri Al\u0131nan Paylar Tebli\u011fi, 19 Mart 2025 tarihli ve 16\/531 say\u0131l\u0131 ilke karar\u0131yla ilgili sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda uygulanacak.<\/p>\n
Program kapsam\u0131nda azami 4 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli, her biri 1 TL nominal de\u011fere sahip 4 milyon adet pay\u0131n geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinde kullan\u0131labilecek azami fon tutar\u0131 ise \u015firket \u00f6zkaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere 100 milyon TL olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n
Pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n azami s\u00fcresi y\u00f6netim kurulu karar tarihinden itibaren 3 y\u0131l olacak. Geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinin zaman\u0131, g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015flem miktar\u0131 ve fiyat\u0131, ilgili sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar ve esaslar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde belirlenecek.<\/p>\n
\u015eirket y\u00f6netimi, program\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 ve geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesiyle ilgili gerekli i\u015flemleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmek \u00fczere yetkilendirildi. Program ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek i\u015flemler hakk\u0131nda ilk genel kurulda pay sahiplerine bilgi verilece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
