Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, B\u00fclent Aksu\u2019nun 19 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli istifa dilek\u00e7esi de\u011ferlendirilerek, istifas\u0131n\u0131n 21 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 itibar\u0131yla kabul edilmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n

6102 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanununun 363. maddesi kapsam\u0131nda Ferda Besli, ilk genel kurulda onaya sunulmak ve selefinin g\u00f6rev s\u00fcresini tamamlamak \u00fczere y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeli\u011fine atand\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u015eirket, s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fi\u015fiklik nedeniyle gerekli olmas\u0131 halinde y\u00f6netim kurulu b\u00fcnyesinde olu\u015fturulan komitelerin \u00fcyelik yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden de\u011ferlendirilece\u011fini ve gerekli g\u00fcncellemelerin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeli\u011findeki de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda ticaret siciline tescil ve ilan edilece\u011fi, sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde gerekli KAP a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
