\u00d6zg\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeli\u011fine atanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin 27 A\u011fustos 2026 tarihli y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00fcye de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinin 4 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde tescil edilerek T\u00fcrkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi\u2019nde yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
\u00d6te yandan, 7 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli a\u00e7\u0131klamada duyurulan Metin Kuru\u2019nun istifas\u0131 ve yerine Sedat K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7\u2019\u0131n atanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin karar ile g\u00f6rev da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve temsil yetkilerine ili\u015fkin kararlar\u0131n hen\u00fcz tescil edilmedi\u011fi kaydedildi. Bu nedenle Sedat K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 ad\u0131na tescil edilmi\u015f bir y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeli\u011fi kayd\u0131n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
