SPK’n\u0131n 20 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli ve 59\/1710 say\u0131l\u0131 Kurul Karar\u0131’na g\u00f6re, 17 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli Kurul karar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda 2026\/61 say\u0131l\u0131 SPK B\u00fclteni’nde duyurulan fon tasfiye usul ve esaslar\u0131n\u0131n ilgili maddesinde yer alan 3 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre, 6 ay olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

Kararda, s\u00fcrenin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesinde tasfiye konusu fonlar\u0131n portf\u00f6y yap\u0131lar\u0131 ve piyasa geli\u015fmelerinin dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
