Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) 19 Mart 2025 tarihli ilke karar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda genel kurulun ayr\u0131ca yetkilendirme karar\u0131 aranmaks\u0131z\u0131n pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131lacak. Program, yap\u0131lacak ilk genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda ortaklar\u0131n bilgisine sunulacak.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n azami s\u00fcresi, y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131n\u0131n kamuya a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131ndan itibaren 3 y\u0131l olarak belirlendi. Program kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131nabilecek azami pay miktar\u0131 100 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli 100 milyon adet pay, kullan\u0131labilecek azami fon tutar\u0131 ise 700 milyon TL olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u015eirket, program kapsam\u0131ndaki i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ile Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e ve Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e nezdindeki gerekli i\u015flemlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi, \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda gerekli di\u011fer i\u015flemlerin yerine getirilmesi konusunda genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkilendirdi.<\/p>\n
