Art\u0131r\u0131lan sermayenin tamam\u0131 nakden kar\u015f\u0131lanacak.<\/p>\n<p>Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131nda mevcut ortaklar\u0131n yeni pay alma haklar\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlanmazken, r\u00fc\u00e7han hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131m fiyat\u0131 1 TL olarak belirlendi. Yeni pay alma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131m s\u00fcresi 15 g\u00fcn olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Kordsa\u2019n\u0131n ana orta\u011f\u0131 Hac\u0131 \u00d6mer Sabanc\u0131 Holding A.\u015e.\u2019nin sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131ndan do\u011facak borcunun 2,628 milyar TL\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131, daha \u00f6nce sermaye avans\u0131 olarak \u00f6denen tutardan mahsup edilecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirket, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zkaynak yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi amac\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fini bildirdi.
