Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 17 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde imzalanan i\u015fletme hakk\u0131 devri s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi kapsam\u0131nda, liman\u0131n m\u00fclkiyeti G\u00fcbreta\u015f\u2019ta kalacak. Rehabilitasyon, geli\u015ftirme, liman yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n finansman\u0131, i\u015fletme, y\u00f6netim, bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m ile liman hizmetlerinin sunulmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler 35 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran Alport\u2019a devredilecek.<\/p>\n
S\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda Alport taraf\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 190 milyon dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m harcamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca Sar\u0131seki\/\u0130skenderun\u2019daki mevcut tesislerin yerine, G\u00fcbreta\u015f\u2019\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131nda olacak 30 bin metrekarelik alanda g\u00fcbre faaliyetlerine y\u00f6nelik altyap\u0131 ve \u00fcstyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n da Alport taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
G\u00fcbreta\u015f\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6zle\u015fme s\u00fcresince cirodan pay ve y\u0131ll\u0131k sabit i\u015fletme \u00fccreti elde edece\u011fi, s\u00f6zle\u015fme d\u00f6nemi boyunca toplam 350 milyon ABD Dolar\u0131 gelir elde edilmesinin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bildirildi.<\/p>\n
Y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda gerekli t\u00fcm onay ve izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan i\u015fletme hakk\u0131 devir s\u00fcresinin ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131 ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girece\u011fi belirtildi. Yat\u0131r\u0131m s\u00fcresi boyunca Sar\u0131seki\/\u0130skenderun\u2019daki mevcut g\u00fcbre \u00fcretim faaliyetlerinin devam edece\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
