Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, geri al\u0131m program\u0131 azami 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle uygulanacak. Program kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131nabilecek azami pay say\u0131s\u0131 9 milyon 260 bin adet olarak belirlenirken, bu miktar \u015firketin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin y\u00fczde 10\u2019una kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in \u015firket kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere azami 1 milyar 200 milyon TL fon ayr\u0131lacak. \u0130\u015flemler, pay ba\u015f\u0131na 1 TL ile 300 TL aras\u0131ndaki fiyat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinin \u015firketin likiditesi, finansal yap\u0131s\u0131, faaliyet sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, nakit ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ve faaliyetlerinin s\u00fcreklili\u011fi \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli ve olumsuz bir etki olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmedi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Program kapsam\u0131nda azami pay say\u0131s\u0131na veya azami fon tutar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde, \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre beklenmeden program\u0131n sona erdirilebilece\u011fi bildirildi. Geri al\u0131m program\u0131 ve i\u015flemler, ilk genel kurulda pay sahiplerinin bilgisine sunulacak.<\/p>\n
