Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan bildirimde, \u015firket pay\u0131n\u0131n Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e\u2019deki i\u015flem fiyat\u0131nda son d\u00f6nemde g\u00f6r\u00fclen gerileme ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lardan gelen talepler dikkate al\u0131narak, mevcut piyasa fiyat\u0131n\u0131n \u015firketin ger\u00e7ek de\u011ferini yans\u0131tmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmesine yer verildi.<\/p>\n

Pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n azami 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131 ve geri al\u0131mlar i\u00e7in \u015firketin mevcut nakit varl\u0131klar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere azami 500 milyon TL fon ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Geri al\u0131nabilecek pay miktar\u0131 ise azami 25 milyon lot olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n
