Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, geri al\u0131m program\u0131 17 Eyl\u00fcl-31 Aral\u0131k 2026 d\u00f6neminde uygulanacak.<\/p>\n

Program kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131nabilecek azami pay say\u0131s\u0131 60 milyon adet, geri al\u0131m i\u00e7in ayr\u0131labilecek azami fon tutar\u0131 ise 200 milyon TL olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda edinilen paylar, geri al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 3 ay s\u00fcreyle sat\u0131\u015fa konu edilmeyecek.<\/p>\n

\u015eirket, geri al\u0131m karar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lacak ilk genel kurulda ortaklar\u0131n bilgisine sunulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n
